Where: Etosha Heights Private Reserve on the southwest border of Etosha National Park in Namibia.

Rooms: Seven safari-chic chalets (six twin beds and one family) with en suite bathrooms and outstanding views.

Activities: Game drives, rhino tracking, watching the waterhole in front of the camp.

Great for: Elephants, rhinos, lions, cheetahs, and leopards.

Children: Children of all ages are welcome.

Amenities: Lapa area, restaurant, bar, wine cellar, curio shop and swimming pool.

Conservation efforts: Anti-poaching in Etosha Heights; Vulture restaurant in Etosha Heights
